Spend Optimization implementation

To get a handle on your SaaS spending, we need to know what you’re using. The Spend Optimization implementation focuses on discovering and analyzing your entire SaaS stack.

We’ll guide you through the following key steps:

Gauge employee sentiment: Understand how your employees truly feel about their tools. We’ll review the sentiment survey functionality, determine opportunities for feedback, and help you create a survey to gather valuable insights directly from your users.

Connect your domain: You can connect your Google Workspace domain during a guided session with our team, where we can also provide a walkthrough, or you can do it on your own time using our straightforward instructions. Simply install the BetterCloud File Governance app from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Data ingestion and review: Once connected, we’ll ingest your file data. You’ll have time to review the initial findings before our next meeting.
