Introducing Altitude Leadership Council | BetterCloud
IT leaders are running two races at once. Enterprise mandates to experiment with and adopt AI are landing on the same desks where CFOs are asking to trim budgets and hold headcount flat. That balancing act has always been part of the job. Doing it while an entirely new category of technology rewrites how work gets done is something else.
Since pioneering the SaaS Operations category in 2011, BetterCloud has guided IT through every wave that redefined the modern workplace. AI Governance is the biggest yet. Over the past six months, we’ve been piloting and scaling agentic applications with customers, starting with the immediately actionable (workflow automation for API-less apps) and building toward an AI-first SaaS Management Platform purpose-built for AI Governance.
We know this work can’t happen in a vacuum and needs to happen alongside the people who actually run agentic IT at the table when the practices get set.
Today we’re proud to introduce the BetterCloud Altitude Leadership Council: the world’s first council for AI Governance, Administration and Management. The Altitude Leadership Council (ALC) is a small, invitation-only group of IT leaders working through what agentic AI means for IT strategy, team design, and enterprise governance.
The founding cohort brings together IT and security leaders across industries, geographies, and stages of AI adoption:

Council members meet virtually and commit about twenty hours over six months. This is a working group, not a branding exercise. Members will get early access to the BetterCloud AI-native platform roadmap and a direct voice in how it evolves. Their contributions will also anchor in forthcoming findings shared by BetterCloud where members are cited by name.
We built the ALC because the questions in front of IT right now are too big to answer in isolation. How do you govern AI agents? Redesign teams around them? Prove ROI to a skeptical CFO? The people running IT should be the ones writing the playbook.
